Dad
This year didn’t turn out as planned. Dad got diagnosed with cancer May 7. Me and wifey was supposed to go to my parents anyway that week (to celebrate our 11th wedding day on the 11th) so we could visit him a lot over the days between 7 and 12. We went home the next week and planned to go backup up, and on the 27th he passed away due to liver and pancreatic cancer. Fuck cancer!
Dad was a role model and the best person I know. He was loved by many and as always, he passed before his time. We had a beautiful funeral in June, and I miss him pretty much every day.
